GoNsave empowers drivers like you with a single platform to navigate the world of ridesharing, parcel delivery, and food delivery. We offer insights, tools, and information to help you:
Boost your income: Gain valuable knowledge on optimizing earnings and accessing bonus opportunities.
Stay informed: Understand financial details, driving regulations, and benefit options across different gigs.
Make informed decisions: Analyze income trends, explore denial reasons, and discover new earning potential.
What's "App" in all this?
"App" refers to our web application, your gateway to all these driver-focused resources. It's owned and operated by Go N Save Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company dedicated to your success.
Venturing Beyond GoNsave? Exploring Third-Party Services:
Sometimes, GoNsave connects you with additional tools and services (like Facebook or Twitter) offered by independent companies (called "Third-Party Services"). These services have their own set of rules and conditions, separate from ours.
Important notes about Third-Party Services:
Their rules apply, not ours: When you use a Third-Party Service, their terms and conditions govern your experience, not ours.
GoNsave is not responsible: We don't endorse, manage, or control these services. We also don't take responsibility for their content, data handling practices, or potential issues.
Always check their privacy policies: Be mindful of how they collect and use your information. Get their consent if necessary.
We can change partners: We reserve the right to swap out which Third-Party Services are offered alongside GoNsave, along with any related deals or promotions, at any time.
Direct integrations coming soon: In the future, GoNsave may offer features that link directly to some Third-Party Services, like social media logins. To use these features, you'll need separate accounts with those services.
Remember, using Third-Party Services is entirely your choice. We encourage you to be informed and cautious when venturing beyond GoNsave.
2. AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
Service Interruptions Are Beyond Our Control.
We strive to keep GoNsave running smoothly 24/7, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. This might include routine maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or even third-party service disruptions.
While we put in reasonable effort to prevent these interruptions, we want to be transparent: there may be occasions when the Service is unavailable.
Please understand:
Access to GoNsave could be interrupted, suspended, or even terminated, both for reasons within and outside our control.
Occasional downtime on third-party services directly affects your GoNsave experience, and there's not much we can do about it.
These uncontrollable Service interruptions won't be a reason to cancel your subscription (if applicable) or request a refund of any paid fees.
Where Can You Use GoNsave?
Currently, GoNsave is designed and built for users based in Singapore. We don't make any promises about its accessibility or appropriateness outside of Singapore.
If you access GoNsave from another country, it's completely your choice, and you're responsible for ensuring your usage complies with local laws.
We're committed to providing a reliable service, but unexpected situations can arise. We appreciate your understanding and want to ensure transparency about GoNsave's availability and geographical limitations.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
GoNsave owns the "stuff": We hold all rights, titles, and interests in GoNsave itself, including inventions, trademarks, data, and all that jazz (collectively, "Intellectual Property"). Using the service doesn't give you extra ownership of this stuff.
Your data belongs to you: The information you share with GoNsave through the Service, or through third-party websites accessed through GoNsave, remains yours. We respect that!
Sharing your data with us: You grant us a non-exclusive license (basically, permission) to use your data for things like analysis, improvements, and derivative works. We always handle your data responsibly, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Ideas welcome: If you have suggestions, enhancements, or feedback for GoNsave, feel free to share! We have a royalty-free license to use or adapt these ideas for the Service without any obligation to you.
Respecting our brand: GoNsave logos and names are our trademarks ("GoNsave Marks"). You can use them to identify yourself as a GoNsave user, but please don't claim ownership, try to weaken our brand, or use them unfairly.
Basically:
We built GoNsave, so we own it.
Your data is yours, but you share some usage rights with us.
Share your feedback, we appreciate it! Just remember, the ideas become ours to use.
Use our brand with respect, it's part of our identity.
4. SIGNING UP / REGISTRATION
You can use GoNsave for your internal business purposes as outlined in these Terms of Service. However, to access the full Service beyond the public website, you need to register and create an account.
Who Can Use GoNsave?
To be eligible, you must:
Be 18 years old or older.
Not be currently restricted from using GoNsave or barred from having an account.
Not be a competitor of GoNsave or using the Service for competitive purposes.
Have the full authority to enter these Terms of Service without violating any other agreements.
Not violate any of GoNsave's rights, including its intellectual property such as copyrights and trademarks.
Provide all necessary equipment, software, internet, and data access at your own expense.
Remember:
GoNsave is meant for your internal business needs.
Registration is required for full access.
Age requirement and ethical usage limitations apply.
You must have the authority to agree to these Terms.
Respect GoNsave's intellectual property.
Take care of your own technical setup.
5. USE OF THE SERVICE
THE SERVICE IS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED WHILE YOU ARE DRIVING OR OPERATING A VEHICLE. YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH ALL LAWS IN USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING APPLICABLE NATIONAL AND LOCAL LAWS RELATING TO DISTRACTED DRIVING.
Don't Abuse or Misuse GoNsave:
Sharing is not caring: Don't license, sublicense, sell, or rent the Service to anyone else. It's for your own internal business use.
Keep it personal: Processing data for others through GoNsave is not allowed.
Respect the boundaries: Don't modify, hack, or falsely associate yourself with GoNsave. Unauthorized access is a no-go.
Play nice: No unlawful activities, privacy violations, spam, or malware on GoNsave. Distraction is dangerous, so obey those driving laws!
Don't disrupt the ecosystem: Keep GoNsave running smoothly. No interfering with its performance.
Curiosity isn't always rewarded: Don't try to reverse engineer the Service's code. It's not a puzzle box.
Keep it clean: No hateful, discriminatory, or harmful content allowed on GoNsave. Viruses and malware are unwelcome too.
Premium access isn't a cheat code: Don't try to bypass paid features through unauthorized means.
Respect the boundaries: Don't build commercial products using GoNsave content without written permission.
Bots be gone: Automated scripts are not welcome on GoNsave.
Follow the rules: Always use GoNsave in accordance with these Terms of Service.
You Are Responsible:
Own your content: You're responsible for everything you share on GoNsave.
Follow the law: Respect all applicable laws, especially those related to texting and driving, and ridesharing age and experience requirements.
Keep it secure: Your account, your responsibility. Protect your password and login information.
One account, one user: Sharing logins is a no-no. You can create additional accounts based on your plan.
Don't monetize without permission: Selling or charging for access to GoNsave is strictly prohibited unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
You're in control: Anything that happens through your account is your responsibility until you cancel your subscription (if applicable) or close your account.
Be tech-savvy: You're responsible for the equipment and internet access needed to use GoNsave. Mobile device charges on you!
6. SUBMISSIONS AND USER GENERATED CONTENT
Sharing Your Thoughts on GoNsave:
The Service has areas where you can share your opinions and post information ("UGC"). However, we don't constantly monitor everything that's shared.
Remember:
You're responsible for your UGC: Own what you post. Don't blame us if someone else's opinion differs from yours.
Third-party opinions are just that: Views expressed by others, including in UGC, are their own and may not reflect our views.
We can edit or remove UGC: If we find something offensive, illegal, or violates our Terms, we reserve the right to edit or take it down.
No moral rights here: If we edit your UGC, you waive any claim to ownership over those changes.
Your UGC isn't forever: We may delete it at any time without further notice or obligation.
Permissions and Rights:
You control your data: You're responsible for any information, including personal details, in your UGC.
UGC license to GoNsave: By sharing your UGC, you grant us permission to use, adapt, distribute, etc., that content freely and broadly (including in future technologies).
Credits? Not guaranteed: We have the right to use your name and information alongside your UGC, but we don't have to.
Others can use your UGC: If it's posted on GoNsave, others can use it within the boundaries of these Terms.
Basically:
Share at your own risk, others can have different opinions.
We can manage UGC to keep things clean and appropriate.
You give us broad rights to use your UGC but retain control over your data.
7. USER GENERATED CONTENT LIMITATIONS
We all want GoNsave to be a welcoming and respectful community. To achieve that, here are some things we ask you to avoid when posting User Generated Content (UGC):
Be nice: No swearing, insults, hate speech, or discriminatory language. Keep it kind and inclusive.
Honesty matters: Share accurate and truthful information. Avoid misinformation, deception, or unfair exaggerations.
Respect boundaries: Don't violate anyone's privacy, copyright, or other intellectual property rights. Consider how your words might impact others.
No discrimination: GoNsave celebrates diversity. Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background or beliefs.
Follow the law: Keep your UGC aligned with local and applicable laws.
Be considerate: Don't disrupt anyone's experience on GoNsave. This includes spamming, advertising, or posting irrelevant content.
Viruses & malware are unwelcome: Keep GoNsave safe! Don't upload harmful files.
Play it cool: Avoid flaming or trolling other users. Keep the atmosphere positive.
Respect these guidelines: By sharing your thoughts, you agree to follow these rules.
Remember:
What you post is public. Choose your words wisely.
Protect your privacy: be cautious about sharing personal information.
Use GoNsave for positive interactions and engaging discussions.
We believe that by following these guidelines, we can make GoNsave a platform where everyone feels safe, respected, and empowered to share their thoughts.
8. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
GoNsave is committed to maintaining the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data through appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. These measures encompass the encryption of your data during transmission, utilizing SSL or similar technologies, with the exception of external third-party integrations that lack encryption support, allowing you to link them to the Service at your discretion.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that GoNsave may access your account information to address your service requests or, at GoNsave's sole discretion, provide you with the Service. GoNsave undertakes not to disclose this data unless compelled by law, permitted by you, or in accordance with the terms outlined in the GoNsave Privacy Policy, accessible at [add link], which is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Service.
The GoNsave Privacy Policy governs the treatment of any information, including personally identifiable information, that you submit to GoNsave. Upon downloading, installing, or using the Service, you consent to GoNsave's utilization of automatic means, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your Mobile Device and your usage of the Service. Additionally, providing certain information about yourself may be necessary when downloading, installing, or using the Service or specific features. The Service may also offer opportunities for you to share information about yourself with others. Your use and provision of information through the Service constitute consent to all actions taken by GoNsave in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
9. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
You have the option to cancel your account with GoNsave at any time. However, unless GoNsave is in breach of these Terms of Service and fails to remedy the breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice from you, specifically identifying the nature of the breach, no refunds of fees paid (if any) are entitled. GoNsave reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account without notice or refund if you violate these Terms of Service. In the event of account cancellation, GoNsave retains the right to remove your account information and settings from its servers without liability or notice to you. Once this information is removed, recovery is not possible, and access to all your content will be lost, except for content stored or published on third-party websites, which will remain subject to those websites' Terms of Service and conditions.
Should you cancel your account before the current paid-up subscription period ends (if applicable), the cancellation becomes effective immediately, and you will not incur additional charges.
GoNsave further reserves the right to (i) modify, update, or permanently or temporarily discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) and (ii) deny any current or future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account or any part thereof (or your use of the Service) if there is a belief that you have violated these Terms of Service. GoNsave will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly via email before suspending or terminating your account. Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities may result in immediate termination of your use of the Service, with potential referral to law enforcement authorities. GoNsave shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION
THE SERVICE, AND ANY GoNsave DATA, GoNsave MARKS, OR CONTENT, AND ALL SERVER AND NETWORK COMPONENTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND GoNsave EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GoNsave DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE, SERVERS, OR ANY PLATFORM APPLICATIONS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD EXERCISE CAUTION IN THE USE AND DOWNLOADING OF ANY SUCH SOFTWARE, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS AND USE INDUSTRY-RECOGNIZED SOFTWARE TO DETECT AND DISINFECT VIRUSES. ALL RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY VIRUSES CONTAINED WITHIN THE ELECTRONIC FILE CONTAINING A FORM OR DOCUMENT IS DISCLAIMED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN CONTENT, MATERIAL, DATA, OR SOFTWARE (INCLUDING ANY MOBILE CLIENT) FROM OR THROUGH THE SERVICE, OR ANY PLATFORM APPLICATIONS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USE THEREOF AND ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR MOBILE DEVICE OR COMPUTER SYSTEM, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER HARM OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT GoNsave DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION OR ADVICE OBTAINED BY YOU FROM GoNsave OR THROUGH THE SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. GoNsave DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY SUCH INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE SERVICE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN. FURTHERMORE, GoNsave DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY MALFUNCTIONING, IMPOSSIBILITY OF ACCESS, OR POOR USE CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE EQUIPMENT, DISTURBANCES RELATED TO INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO THE SATURATION OF THE INTERNET NETWORK, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMMUNICATIONS LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, OR ALTERATION OF, USER COMMUNICATIONS, PROBLEMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ITS USE, LOSS OF PERSONAL CONTENT ON THE SITE, LOST OR UNDELIVERABLE EMAIL, AND FOR ANY OTHER REASON. Under no circumstances will GoNsave be responsible for any loss or damage, including, but not limited to personal injury or death, resulting from the use of the Service or any interactions between users of the Service, whether online or offline.
GoNsave CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DOES NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
You agree to indemnify and hold GoNsave and GoNsave’s affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees), arising out of or in connection with: (i) Your use of the Service; (ii) Your breach or violation of any of these Terms of Service; (iii) GoNsave’s use of Your User Generated Content; or (iv) Your violation of the rights of any third party.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NO CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE), WILL EITHER PARTY TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, OR SUCH PARTY’S AFFILIATES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES OR BUSINESS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER LOSS INCURRED BY SUCH PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN SUCH DAMAGES.
LIMITS ON MONETARY DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, GoNsave’S (INCLUDING ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES) AGGREGATE LIABILITY, FOR DAMAGES (MONETARY OR OTHERWISE) UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CLAIMED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING FROM GoNsave’S SERVICE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF (I) ACTUAL DAMAGES INCURRED, OR (II) PAYMENTS MADE BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE PARTIES ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THIS SECTION IS TO ALLOCATE THE RISKS UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND LIMIT THEIR POTENTIAL LIABILITY GIVEN THE FEES CHARGED UNDER THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN SUBSTANTIALLY HIGHER IF GoNsave WERE TO ASSUME ANY FURTHER LIABILITY OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN. THE PARTIES HAVE RELIED ON THESE LIMITATIONS IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
Some countries do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply to You. IN THESE COUNTRIES, GoNsave’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; ASSIGNMENT
These Terms of Service constitute the comprehensive agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein, consolidating all prior understandings, whether oral or written. No representations or warranties, apart from those explicitly outlined herein, have been made. Notably, the parties have not relied on any oral statements not incorporated into the Terms of Service. These Terms of Service (i) extend their benefits to and are binding upon GoNsave and You, as well as your respective successors and assigns, and (ii) may be assigned by GoNsave in whole or in part. However, You may not assign these Terms of Service, or any portion thereof, without the prior express written consent of GoNsave.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service, or its application under certain circumstances, is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the court shall modify such provision to best achieve its original intent to the fullest extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions of these Terms of Service, or the application of the invalidated provision under different circumstances, shall continue to be fully effective and enforceable.
14. EXPORT CONTROL
Your use of the Service, including GoNsave’s software, is subject to export and re-exports control laws and regulations, including the Strategic Goods (Control) Act administered by the Singapore Trade Development Board (STDB) and relevant sanctions programs maintained by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). You shall not — directly or indirectly — sell, export, re-export, transfer, divert, or otherwise dispose of any component or element of the Service to any end-user without obtaining the required authorizations from the relevant Competent Authorities (CAs). You also warrant that You are not prohibited from receiving goods or services originating from countries subject to sanctions imposed by the Singapore government.
15. RELATIONSHIP; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Nothing within this agreement shall be interpreted to establish the parties as principal and agent, employer and employee, partners, or joint venturers. No analogous relationship shall be deemed to exist between the parties. Neither party possesses the authority to obligate or bind the other party, except as explicitly provided herein.
16. SURVIVAL
Sections 3 (Intellectual Property Rights), 9 (Cancellation and Termination), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties; Liability; Indemnification), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Entire Agreement; Assignment), 13 (Severability), 14 (Export Control), 15 (Relationship; Independent Contractor), 16 (Survival), 17 (Governing Law), and 18 (No Waiver) will survive any termination of these Terms of Service.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict of laws principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore. You agree not to object to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts. However, neither party is precluded from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
18. NO WAIVER
Any forbearance by GoNsave to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or of any other provision of these Terms of Service.
19. SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Supplemental Terms and Conditions specifically pertain to the App and take precedence over any conflicts or inconsistencies with the Terms of Service outlined above. Capitalized terms not defined below carry the meanings provided in the aforementioned Terms of Service.
You can obtain the App from the Mac App Store. You are responsible for the fees incurred and charged by a third party (i.e., Third Party), which may change over time, in connection with your download and use of the App. GoNsave is not obligated to refund any payments made to such a third party for your use of the App, as stipulated in these Terms of Service.
Third Party Requirements:
(a) Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that these Terms of Service establish an agreement between You and GoNsave only, not with the Third Party. GoNsave, not the Third Party, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
(b) Scope of License: The license granted to You for the App is a limited, non-transferable license for use on a product that You own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules outlined in the Mac App Store's terms of service.
(c) Maintenance and Support: GoNsave, not the Third Party, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services, for which additional fees may apply, for the App. The Third Party has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services for the App.
(d) Warranty: GoNsave is solely responsible for any product warranties in the App, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the Third Party, and they will refund the purchase price for the App to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Third Party will have no other warranty obligation concerning the App.
(e) Product Claims: GoNsave, not the Third Party, is responsible for addressing any user or third-party claims relating to the App or the user’s possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims and claims arising under consumer protection legislation.
(f) Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the App or Your possession and use of the App infringes on their intellectual property rights, GoNsave, not the Third Party, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
(g) Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

(i) Third-Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
(j) Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that the Third Party and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions, the Third Party will have the right to enforce the Terms of Service against You as a third-party beneficiary.
20. SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ARGYLE USE
These Supplemental Terms and Conditions are applicable when you authenticate your account with GoNsave’s third-party service-provider, Argyle, Inc. (“Argyle”), and take precedence over any conflicts or inconsistencies with the Terms of Service above. Capitalized terms not defined below have the meanings provided above.
Third Party Requirements:
Agency:
By utilizing the Service and authenticating your account, you electronically retrieve, through GoNsave and our third-party service providers (including Argyle), your account information from third-party data sources with whom you have a contractual relationship (“Your Account Information”). You expressly authorize and direct GoNsave and Argyle, on your behalf, to take all actions necessary to retrieve Your Account Information and integrate it with the GoNsave platform, Services, and App. This includes, but is not limited to, anonymization, analysis, and aggregation of such data for ultimate sale to third parties.
To the extent that GoNsave takes any action as outlined above, you agree that GoNsave is acting as your agent, and not on behalf of any third party. You also agree that third-party account providers are entitled to rely on the authorization, agency, and power of attorney granted by you.
For the purposes of this agreement and any action referred to herein to obtain Your Account Information, you grant GoNsave a limited power of attorney, and appoint GoNsave as your attorney-in-fact and agent to facilitate receipt of: access to third-party sites, servers, or documents and/or Your Account Information.
Representations and Warranties:
You represent and warrant that you are a legal owner of, and authorized to provide us and our third-party service providers with, all account information and login credentials necessary to facilitate the retrieval of Your Account Information and your use of the Service.
Indemnification:
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoNsave, and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and third-party service providers (including Argyle) from all actual or threatened third-party claims, proceedings, or suits arising out of or based on your breach of Section 2 (Representations and Warranties).
Data Access Rights and Privacy:
Residents of the European Union, Switzerland, and California have certain rights allowing them to access, correct, or delete Personal Information that we may have collected. To exercise your data access, corrections, or deletion rights, please contact us at support@gonsave.co or at the mailing address provided below.
By using the Service and authenticating your account, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy of our third-party service provider Argyle, Inc. (available at https://argyle.io/legal/privacy-policy).
21. COPYRIGHT POLICY
GoNsave treats claims of copyright infringement seriously and is committed to responding to notices of alleged infringement in compliance with applicable law. If you believe that materials accessible on or from the Service infringe your copyright, you may request their removal by submitting a written notification to GoNsave’s designated copyright agent, as detailed below. In accordance with the Patent’s Act of Singapore, the written notice should include the following:
Identification of the copyrighted work.
Specific location of the infringing material.
Contact info of the copyright owner or representative.
Statement of good faith belief.
Signature of the copyright owner or representative.

Note that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that material or activity on the Service infringes your copyright, you may be held liable for damages under Singapore Trademarks Act Chapter 332 and Personal Data Protection Act Chapter 26, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
If you believe that material you posted on the Service was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice with GoNsave by submitting written notification to the designated copyright agent. Pursuant to the Trademarks Act and Personal Data Protection Act, the Counter-Notice must include the following:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its prior location on the Service.
Adequate contact information, including your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address, if available.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if you reside outside Singapore, for any judicial district in which the Service may be found. Additionally, you agree to accept service from the person (or an agent of that person) that provided GoNsave with the complaint at issue.
The Trademarks Act and Personal Data Protection Act allow GoNsave to remove the content if the party filing the original notice does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the copy of your Counter-Notice. Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity on the Service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may result in liability for infringement damages under the Trademarks Act and Personal Data Protection Act code of Singapore.
GoNsave's policy is to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
